This site exists to provide information and a point of contact. It describes the services of Imperium Dei Legal Consulting Firm and allows you to request a consultation.

The content published here is general and does not constitute individualized legal advice for any particular matter. How the law applies depends on the facts, the evidence available, the law in force and the jurisdiction of each matter.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using this site, submitting the consultation form, or any initial communication with the firm does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship arises only when the firm expressly accepts the matter and the terms of the engagement have been agreed in writing.

Until then, you should not assume the firm is acting on your behalf, or that it is monitoring deadlines, filing periods or any steps relating to your matter.

Do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive information, or original documents, through this site. Information sent before a confirmed professional relationship exists may not be protected by professional privilege.

Nothing on this site should be read as a promise, guarantee or prediction of results. Past results, where they exist, do not assure future results, and every matter is assessed independently.
