Three levels of ongoing support
Essential Plan
USD 180 per month
- Two legal consultations per month, up to 45 minutes each.
- Review or preparation of one simple document per month, up to five pages.
- Responses by email or WhatsApp within 72 business hours.
- Guidance regarding legal obligations, bylaws, boards of directors, contracts, and internal procedures.
- 10% discount on eligible additional services.
Exclusions: proceedings before public institutions, court cases, notarial expenses, transportation, and administrative fees.
Comprehensive Plan
USD 350 per month
- Four legal consultations per month, up to one hour each.
- Preparation or review of up to three documents per month, with a combined maximum of twelve pages.
- One monthly meeting with the board of directors or administrative team.
- Advice regarding board updates, bylaws, contracts, regulations, and meeting minutes.
- Follow-up on one standard administrative procedure.
- Responses within 48 business hours.
- 15% discount on eligible additional services.
Exclusions: court cases, complex appeals, notarial expenses, administrative fees, and transportation outside Guayaquil.
Corporate Plan
USD 650 per month
- Up to eight hours of legal work per month.
- Two monthly meetings with the board of directors or organizational representatives.
- Preparation or review of up to six documents per month, with a combined maximum of twenty-five pages.
- Review of contracts, internal policies, regulations, meeting minutes, and institutional decisions.
- Preventive guidance regarding labor, corporate, and administrative matters.
- Follow-up on up to two standard administrative procedures.
- Priority responses within 24 business hours.
- 20% discount on eligible additional proceedings or services.

Conditions
Important plan conditions
- Unused hours, consultations, meetings, or documents do not carry over to the following month.
- Court proceedings, notarial matters, complex administrative proceedings, government charges, administrative fees, transportation, and extraordinary services are quoted separately.
- These are introductory prices for the first three months and may be reviewed according to the actual workload.
- Initial availability is limited to five clients so the firm can provide proper attention.
- Enrollment is subject to an initial evaluation, availability, and execution of the corresponding professional-services agreement.
