Professional profile

Litigation practice and institutional legal management

A litigating attorney with experience in judicial and extrajudicial representation, legal argumentation, case-file analysis and evidentiary strategy, as well as in mediation, public management and institutional legal administration.

Her work in litigation covers the preparation of filings and legal arguments, the review of case files, and the assessment of the evidence available in each matter before defining how it should be conducted. Alongside representation before the courts, she handles extrajudicial matters, administrative procedures and filings that require documentary order and sustained follow-up.

As an accredited mediator, she is able to consider mediation and alternative dispute resolution as a possible route where the nature of the matter and the position of the parties allow for it.

Her postgraduate training in public management and administration informs her work with institutions: the internal legal ordering of foundations, associations, churches, ministries and nonprofit organizations, their governing bodies, their bylaws and the obligations they must meet before the competent authority.

Her approach

Preparation, clarity and direct contact with the client

Technical preparation

Each matter begins with a careful reading of the facts, the case file and the applicable rules. The strategy follows from that analysis, not from a fixed formula.

Strategic planning

Steps and deadlines are planned in advance and adjusted as the proceeding advances, according to the facts and the evidence available.

Clear explanation

She explains the real state of the matter, the options and their risks in plain language, without offering assured outcomes, so the client can decide with sufficient information.

Confidentiality and ethics

Information and documentation are handled with professional discretion and ethical responsibility at every stage of the work.

She also treats the human side of a case as part of the work itself. Legal matters reach the firm at difficult moments for the people involved, and she considers it part of her responsibility to listen carefully, to give an honest reading of the situation, and to accompany the client throughout the process rather than only at the beginning.
