When it opens, our purpose will be narrow and practical: to explain, in ordinary language, how certain procedures work in Ecuador, what a person can generally expect at each stage, and which documents or deadlines tend to matter. We would rather publish a few carefully written pieces than a steady stream of superficial ones, so material will appear only as it is prepared and reviewed.
